AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Dean gets abused so much. My poor boy. He doesn't need this. Not only did he start the damned apocalypse but now he has to end it? Mind you, it will make for great television but DEAN. There is only so much a righteous dude can take.
Observations:
I still hate new Ruby. Ruby is evil. These caps illustrate:
Also, during this whole vampy bloodsucking debacle, Ruby called Sam - SAMMY. Oh, fuck no, bitch! That is not allowed. I fricken' loved Ruby I. Her season was awesome. Was she evil, y/n/maybe so? This season? Ruby II is most assuredly evil. She got stuck in hell and then got back out. Of course, she is EVIL. Look at her smiling while Sam NOMS on her! I miss Ruby I, I really do.
I am totally going to miss Uriel. He was an awesome asshat. Besides, I wanted more buddy filmness w/Castiel. Not that we had any but there was potential!
Speaking of Castiel, when did Dean start calling him Cas? 'Cause I totally missed that prior to this episode. Meanwhile, Castiel is totally into Dean. But not so much in the gaysense as in the youarehumanandmustbestudied/youintriguemyfullyohlookfreewillandyouhaveprettygreeneyes-SENSE. Mischa Collins continues to amuse me. And Castiel looks nice beaten up.
Alastair does not.

POPE!SAM blesses you. At least he's prettier than Palpatine.
Meanwhile, DEAN. YOU BREAK MY HEART WHEN YOU GET YOURSELF BROKEN.
Sam, you are a tool. Stop being a tool. You are on the road to being a DEMON!KING which is not so cool! Really. It's a crap job. Long hours, high stress level, and your brother constantly being put in danger by YOU.

Babe, you need to find a new job. I know we are in a recession but riding off to stop the apocalypse is not going to end well. I suggest a new career in the strip club industry.

Rewatching season 1 reminds me how fucking amazing this show has become. Next weeks episode is going to be fantastic!
