Republicans in contol of the house, senate, and what looks like now the white house.

Despite what happens this must be remembered: America will still be the republic we know it to be. No state is going to secede from the union. The apocaplypse will NOT HAPPEN. Canada and Mexico will not see a jump in immigration.

I am just as upset by whats going on in Ohio as any non-Bush supporter.

Let us hope that America can pull through these next four years somewhat unscathed. Which will most likely not happen.

Hopefully this close election will show the world that we do not all support Bush. But it is every American's responsibility to stand behind their president. Not on every issue, of course. If we are to remain strong we must stand TOGETHER, despite political differences.

This election does show that the American public does care. The number of voters has increased. This must continue in later elections. If you want change you have to vote! Let your voice be heard. Protest, campaigns, anything to send a signal to the next president.

I am a liberal by nature. I do not agree with our current presidents view on most issues. But I will do my duty as a young American and stand behind my country, but at the same time let my voice be heard.

I'm still exhausted by the Lock-In. It was awesome. Anyone in New Jersey check out The Times tommorow. We might be in there. A more detialed report later.

Reminder: This has been written under the unfluence of very little sleep. Please, if you want to contradict something I said, take that into account.

Thanks for listening to my little politcal rant. By the way, I'm still pissed off that Bush has essentially won. Here's to the next election!
