Whoever decided to attack London was very stupid if they intended to cause fear and panic. As Blair said, "I would also pay tribute to the stoicism and resilience of the people of London who have responded in a way typical of them."
Just more reasons why I love the British. Look at how people acted directly after the attacks. Just the stuff thats being posted on livejournal. The wry humour, etc...
An interesting paper would to compare and contrast the reactions of Americans, Spainards, and the British after the various terror attacks.
