...should you choose to accept it:
Either:
A) Sit quietly for about five minutes. Don't worry about anything. Just exist for five minutes outside of work, school, and personal problems. Here is a vacation. Work on your breathing. Try and empty your mind by not focusing on thoughts.
Or
B) Dance. Put on any type of music and just dance. Dance without any music. Dance in the shower. Dance in the bathroom. Dance down the hall. Slow dance. Dance fast. Sway. Pulse. Just dance.
If you are up to the challenge, do both.
