"When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking."
Sherlock Holmes author, Arthur Conan Doyle, Scientific American, 1896
I knew I liked Mr. Doyle.
I called out sick. So no work! Monthly troubles are killing me even with painkillers.
Watching the tour, trying to relax. Mum has the day off and insists we clean the room.
Rides I want to do once I get back to VA:
Sep 9th: Indian Head 100
Sep 30th: Cannonball Century
I'm going to do the 29 mi route in the Indian Head century. And I'm doing the half metric century for the CC.
So I need to train.
I totally forgot about Harry Potter. I really don't care about the movie.
