rexe at 03:29pm on 10/01/2007Last night was the worst night I have experienced in a while. The first part dealt with the bottom of a Coldstone ice cream shake cup breaking and spilling all over me and my car while I was driving. V. bad.
The second part was being horribly sick and in terrible back pain for over an hour.
No more dairy. More fiber. Less stress.
I still feel pretty crappy and I have put myself on the BRAT diet for at least today.
It hurt so much. I think I might have an infection. I am going to have to watch it or I will need to find a doctor who takes my insurance down in Fredericksburg.
Alas, alas, alas.
