The Ramadan Banquet was awesome. I want Naan now. The food was catered by this Indian restaurant in town. Emily's gig was awesome. Especially getting to hear her covers again. This weekend I am staying down in Richmond because my Mum is running a race there. I have to go see my cousin at his shop. I hate my cousin because of his utter indifference to my family. (And the fact he would never let me play his Sega handheld, bastard)
Now for the best news on this side of te Atlantic:
I might be going to Scotland In May/June AND be there for my birthday! I might be attending the Pres Department's Summer School in Scotland program! I e-mailed my Dad all the fiscal information and he said we would try our best. I would be in Edinburgh for my 20th birthday. I would, hopefully, get to go see the University of Glasgow with Megan. I get to go to a pub! I hope everything works out. My Mum is cool with it as along as she does not have to pay for it. Which I understand. My Dad wants me to go but we have to try and find the money somewhere.
And the other random bit of news:
I might be going to Dublin, Ireland in October. My Mum is going to run a marathon there.
So crossing the Atlantic twice in one year? I am completely okay with that.
