Whoa, Steff participtating in school activities? Only one of which is for Preservation Club? *SHOCK*
Er, well...yes.
Tommorow and Saturday is the US - Japan Relations Conference. Which looks to be awesome. On Saturday there will be guided chanting and meditation as well as a tea ceremony. Very exiciting. As I am skipping two classes tommorow because of it.
Secondly, I am applying to be a Orientation Leader. AKA move in early, get a free t-shirt/food, and corrupt incoming freshman. Also: lets work on Steffie's people skills when she is not around people she knows.Note, this is not an attempt to take over the room before Megan moves in. I swear. Actually it means I get away form home quicker, and get to 'live by myself' for a week. I might catch up on some reading, etc... As the televison will still be in Pittsburg.
Thirdly, I am running/planning the Tueday event for Preservation Week (which all you MDUB kids should partake in!). My event: History Goes to Hollywood. Clips from movies will be analyzed as to historical accuracy. Whcih sounds somewhat dull written out but it will be awesome. And I will be wearing my Indiana Jones fedora. So...there.
