Poor starya is sick so I had to procure a ride to church. I enlisted my father as it were, he forgot to turn on to the highway.

Class was composed to having the little buggers make Mother's Day cards and flowers out of pipe cleaners. I actually had a good lesson planned but ah well. My co-teacher read the Star Wars: Return of the Jedi that I brought in. Was the only time when the kids were actually quiet. They did yell out Tatooine at the appropriate times due to my co-teacher having no earthly idea how to pronounce it.

Ah, little fans in the making. Before they tried to make lightsabers out of pipe cleaners. Very frustrating.

Kristin came to church! First time I saw the girl in an extremely long time. We had a quick chat then she had to go.

Youth group was made up of two youth. Only one of which had anything to do with planning the service - me. Turns out two others had to go up to Boston with their Mum.

We did watch a scene from The Empire Strikes Back. The Yoda Do.Not Try. Scene.

The rest of the day was spent watching Monarch of the Glen (Got my dad into the show, he ended up watching the new episode before me). Then my little sister put on the Mark Hamill episode of The Muppet Show. IT'S DIRTH NADER! MWA!

Now watching Emma. Need my Jane Austen fix. I must buy Northanger Abbey and the Persuasion DVD.
