I attended teh 6:30 showing of Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. All I can say was that it was amazing! Russell Crowe was excellent as Jack Aubrey. Paul Bettany continues to raise his status on My Boy's List. It was just such a great movie!

Go see it. The music was great. Cello and violin duets rock! Go cellos!!! Maturin (Bettany) is hands down my favorite character. The battle scenes were not overly graphic.

I can't stress how much you should go see it! Of course I AM biased. I love British Naval Warfare during the Napoloeonic War ERA.
