Robin McKinley is an awesome author! People go read her stuff!

Got dragged to dinner last night by my family. I happily got to go to B&N and bought: The Awakening and other stories by Kate Chopin; and The Outlaws of Sherwood by Robin McKinley.

I made my sister buy The Wolf at the Door edited by Ellen Datlow and Terry Windling. It's a collection of fairy tales retold. They have soooo many fairy tale anthologies it's amazing. They collect a bunch of fairy tales retold for adults (mind you Sam's book was for kids). Neil Gaiman always contributes. His The Troll Bridge was really good. His poem-thing in The Wolf at the Door is also really good.

Don't mind me. It's all Mrs. Gavin's fault, she got me on my fairy tale kick.
