rexe at 09:30pm on 10/11/2002Yeah. I have a list of a LOT of comics that I must go buy now. AMERICAN. ALREADY IN ENGLISH COMICS. Weird, ne?
Got up around nine. Was late to church. As I ran into the lobby and got my name tag, I looked into the Sanctuary. It was PACKED. My church is never packed. So I hung in the back for a minute then I saw Okaasan no Kristin, and Kristin, so I tumbled over people to sit next to them. During service, Charles mentioned it was Bring-a-Friend service. I hit my head hard. At least everyone had something to do today it seems.
Besides it was a looooooong service. Interesting though. The theme was The Freedom of Same-Sex Marriages. One very kowai speech, but the rest were really good.
Coffee hour, nice.
All the congoers were back and not sleeping in the YRUU room. Lila was our only advisor that day. Did check-in. Then we actually got work done for our service next year. I'm on Music Committee. Weeeee.
Then did a game. YG ended. My dad drove all the way down the driveway of the church without me. Went to Peddlers Village. Got some cool PJs, and tic-tacs.
Went to Starbuckies. Got a Caramel Apple Cider. Orgasmic as usual. Went to borders. Dad bought The Birds and Arsenic and Old Lace on DVD. I wanted to the the Two Plays for Voices by Neil Gaiman on cd. But no money.
Came home. Read the first Fables issue. And been checking out comic recs. Nice.
