But my favorite fantasy author/comic book writer is, of course, Neil Gaiman.
So on a whim I bought the first Sandman graphic novel. I had moeny. ^^ Before my only introduction to Sandman was The Dream Country. Which is just a bounch of basically self-contained stories. I enjoyed them but wasn't entirely impressed with the series. As soon as I got the first volumne of SM I can say that I love it.
After looking for The Sandman -esque things I found a scrapped move script that Warner Bros. through out.
