Pride, Bus Stop
Yesterday was great. Kicked my Dad off his computer and was able to watch Bus Stop, Hero, Pride, and the new Sailor Moon episode. (Still have two eppies of Summer Snow I've yet to see).
The Rundown:
Bus Stop - It's a JTV release. I was a bit wary when I first started watching it but it's humourous. The male lead (whose name escapes me at the moment) cracked me up with his "Marriage is like a bus" speech. Reminded me of Won Bin's Love speech in Guns and Talks. Anyways, the series looks to be promising but I prefer Good Luck (another new JTV release). At least presently.
Hero - It's a JEM release. It's a Kimura Takuya drama. ^___^ So I'm a bit biased. I liked it and I want more. Only seen the first episode. It's funny and Takuya's law clerk is cool. Poor girl is only trying to do her work.
Pride- Takuya's NEW drama. I watched it raw. I don't understand Japanese all that well (I know the basics, JPN 102 starts weds at mccc) but I caught the gist of it. They played Queen music throughout the whole show. It was wonderful. So yeah I'm doubly biased.
Sailor Moon - Mamoru: "T-toori!" Heh, I watch it purely for Jyoji and the guy who plasy Kunzite. It's not that bad of a show, I prefer it to the anime.
Summer Snow - I love this show. It made me go d/l KinKi Kids songs. I had listened to one of their songs previously and didn't like it all that much but I found their new single and love it! (Ne, ganbaru yo) I later listened to the other song I had first heard and like it now. *shrugs* Same thing happened with SMAP. Didn't like them too much and now I love them. Go figure that one. Back to the drama: I want to glomp Jun. He's adorable.
Finals this week so I have to crack down and study. Unfortunately.
